One on one personal training in a professional, motivational and positive atmosphere

Group Training classes. Different classes are offered each month, length of classes vary depending on the class offered. Workout with a motivational group of people with the similar goals as you!

Personal Training

One on one training. Assessments and measurements, goal setting, meal plans, workout plans for home or gym. 

$40 once a week training 

$60 twice a week training

Same as above

Once a week training $30 each per session 

Twice a week training $20 each per session

Group Training (3 or more)

Same as above 

Once a week training $20 each per session 

Twice a week training $15 each per session

6 Week Classes

Includes, measurements, goal setting, workouts, homework, nutrition revamp, tips and motivation

$75 for six weeks

Nutrition Challenges 

6 week nutrition challenge.

A new challenge each week. Easy to follow food and nutrition tips and challenges. Make small changes to your eating habits to last a lifetime. $20

Online Training Programs

30 Day Challenge Programs. You can workout at home, no equipment needed. Different workouts each day.

Killing it Online Challenge

8 week program. New workouts every two weeks. Nutrition challenges every two weeks.

Hitt Challenge 

2 weeks of fat burning workouts you can alternate for 6 weeks. Nutrition add on challenge for 6 weeks.
